(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested two men and a teenager in connection to a shooting that killed a 27-year-old man at Broughton Beach back in June.  Police arrested 17-year-old Michael Annello Perkins, 19-year-old Tremayne Coleman and 44-year-old Fernando Gonzales earlier this week for the death of Samuel Fast Buffalo Horse on June 12th.  Perkins is charged with second-degree murder with a firearm as well as unlawful use of a weapon and one count of riot.  Coleman and Gonzales are both charged with riot and third-degree assault.
