(Portland, OR)  --  A former employee of University of Portland is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a school administrator.  Police arrested 52-year-old Patrick Ell for the attack off-campus near Northeast Cleveland Avenue and Northeast Dekum Street Friday night.  Police have identified Dr. Matthew Rygg as the victim.  It's not yet clear what led to the assault.
