(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing a DUII charge after allegedly crashing into a utility pole in Clackamas County.  Police cited 23-year-old Zephaniah Hollins for DUII and Criminal Mischief yesterday for the crash on Stafford Road near Southwest Mountain.  No injuries were reported.
