(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect accused of killing a black bear and leaving its carcass to waste on the Oregon coast.  Oregon State Fish and Wildlife says a trooper found the bear's carcass Saturday just south of Eckman Lake in Waldport.  The trooper says no meat was removed from the carcass.  Authorities say the bear was likely killed sometime within the past two weeks.
