Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested After Stabbing Four People, Killing One

(Beaverton, OR)  --  One person is dead and three others are injured after being stabbed by a bank robbery suspect who led police on a chase from Beaverton to Tigard.  Police say 20-year-old Salvador Martinez-Romero entered the Wells Fargo branch in the Murray Hill Shopping Center in Beaverton yesterday and demanded money.  Police say he stabbed two women inside the bank during the robbery, killing one of them, before fleeing to the parking lot, where he stabbed a man and stole his car.  He then allegedly abandoned that car about five minutes later and stole a woman's car in Tigard, stabbing her as well.  Police were eventually able to take him into custody after he abandoned the second car and fled on foot.
