(Salem, OR)  --  Police are offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest in connection to a double shooting that left one person dead in Salem.  The Salem Police Department says 40-year-old Jennifer Anne Black was killed in the shooting August 18th at the Pine Street Pub.  Another man who was shot survived his injuries.  Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward for information.
