(Portland, OR)  --  A high wind warning is in effect through this afternoon for the northern Oregon coast.  The National Weather Service issued the warning yesterday afternoon, lasting through 4 p.m. today.  A high wind advisory for the southern Washington coast remains in effect through 8 o'clock this morning.
