(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a fire that burned a vacant home in northeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the two-story home near Northeast Couch Street and Northeast 16th Avenue Friday night.  Crews quickly extinguished the blaze.  No injuries were reported.
