(Eugene, OR)  --  A man is facing charges in Eugene after allegedly firing multiple rounds out of an apartment window.  Police responded to the apartment on Olive Street yesterday afternoon on reports of a possibly suicidal man firing shots from inside his home.  A SWAT team used an explosive breaching charge to gain entrance to the apartment and took the man into custody.
