(Portland, OR)  --  A man is hospitalized after being shot in the neck in southeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says the man was shot Saturday evening on Southeast Salmon Street near 122nd Avenue.  Police have not yet arrested a suspect.  An investigation is ongoing.
