(Longview, WA)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man accused of stealing an ambulance in southwestern Washington state.  The Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office says 31-year-old Cody James Snow stole the ambulance and then led police on a chase down southbound I-5.  Cowlitz Fire and Rescue says firefighters were responding to a report of someone suffering breathing difficulties at a home in the Lexington area Friday night when Snow got into the ambulance and took off.  Police arrested him after the ambulance became stuck on some railroad tracks.
