(Portland, OR)  --  Police say seatbelts are responsible for saving the lives of two people involved in a rollover crash in northeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says the two people walked away without a scratch after their SUV rolled over near Northeast Killingsworth Street and 25th Avenue yesterday.  Firefighters had to cut through the top of the vehicle in order to extract the two.  Police say the two could have been seriously injured if they hadn't been wearing their safety belts.
