(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is being called one of the rudest cities in the nation.  A new survey from Business Insider ranks Portland as the 34th rudest city in the U.S.  The website polled more than two-thousand adults, asking them to choose the five rudest U.S. cities from a list of the nation's 50 largest metropolitan areas.  New York City was ranked the rudest city, followed by Los Angeles in second place.
