Woman Arrested After Allegedly Shooting Cellphone

(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges after allegedly opening fire on her cellphone, sending a bullet through her neighbor's wall.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says 35-year-old Rosemarie Ancharski was inside her condo in the North Bethany Neighborhood just after midnight on New Year's Day when she picked up a gun and shot her phone.  The bullet went through her phone and into her neighbor's unit.  The neighbor was at home at the time of the shooting but was not injured.  Police say it's not clear why Ancharski decided to shoot her cellphone.
