Woman Surrenders After Allegedly Hitting Trooper's Patrol Car

(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a woman accused of crashing into an Oregon State Trooper's patrol car in Banks has turned herself in.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says 25-year-old Aubri Jenkins turned herself in to police last night.  Police were conducting a welfare check on Jenkins Sunday morning after receiving reports of a driver slumped over behind the wheel at an intersection in rural Banks when she allegedly threw her car into reverse, crashing into a patrol car before speeding off.
