(Portland, OR)  --  A homicide investigation is ongoing into the shooting death of a man in northwest Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says 42-year-old Anthony Higginbotham died in a hospital yesterday after being shot Monday near Northwest Broadway and Northwest Flanders Street.  Another person was injured in the shooting.  Police have arrested 46-year-old Curtis Harris in connection to the shooting.
