(Happy Valley, OR)  --  A man is charged with DUII after allegedly crashing his vehicle into a medical center in Happy Valley.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says 26-year-old Pablo Favian Rodriguez had a blood-alcohol content of point-one-two when he crashed into the Mt. Scott Professional Center Medical Plaza Wednesday morning.  He and his passenger then allegedly walked away from the crash.  Police tracked them down close to the crash scene and detained them.
