(Portland, OR)  --  One person is hospitalized after being hit by a car while walking in southeast Portland.  Police say the victim was walking along Southeast Division Street at Southeast 148th Avenue yesterday morning when a driver crashed into them.  Police say the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
