(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man killed in an officer-involved shooting outside his home in Hillsboro.  The Hillsboro Police Department says an officer shot and killed 69-year-old Stanley Hayes outside his condominium off Northeast Edgeway Drive early yesterday morning.  Police responded to the home on reports of an armed man and say there was gunfire coming out of the condo for half an hour before Hayes stepped out of the building holding a rifle and a handgun.  Police opened fire, killing him.  An investigation is ongoing.
