(Vancouver, WA)  --  Bail is set at 750-thousand dollars for a 25-year-old man accused of murdering a Vancouver transgender teenager.  David Bogdanov pled not guilty to second-degree murder in court yesterday.  He's accused of killing 18-year-old Nikki Kuhnhausen in June after she told him she'd been born male.  Prosecutors filed a motion on Tuesday to have the murder considered a hate crime.
