(Portland, OR)  --  Three people are facing charges after allegedly getting caught with drugs and firearms during a traffic stop in Portland.  Police arrested Lathaniel Patterson, Antonio Cabine and Dennis Wilson following a traffic stop early yesterday morning near Northeast 162nd and Burnside Street.  Police say a search of the vehicle turned up a bindle of cocaine and multiple guns.
