(Portland, OR)  --  One person is hospitalized after being hit by a car while using an electric mobility scooter in Forest Grove.  Police say the 64-year-old man was riding his scooter across the street against the signal Saturday when a driver struck him.  He was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.  Police say the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
