(Portland, OR)  --  Two men are facing murder charges in connection to a shooting in southeast Portland.  Police say 19-year-old Christopher Watkins and 20-year-old Timothy Burks are charged with one count of second-degree murder each for the death of DeAndre Dewitt Rouse over the weekend.  Police found Rouse shot to death Saturday morning in the area of Southeast 151st Avenue and Southeast Stark Street.
