(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly crashing a stolen yacht into the banks of the Columbia River.  Police say 20-year-old Travis Wagner ran the boat aground near the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge in southwestern Washington yesterday and then took off running.  Police caught up with him and arrested him.  The yacht had been reported stolen earlier yesterday morning.
