(Portland, OR)  --  A celebration of life is scheduled early next month for late Portland City Commissioner Nick Fish.  KATU-2 reports the celebration of life will be held February 8th in Portland State University's Hoffman Hall.  Fish has passed away last week following a battle with stomach cancer.  He was 61-years-old.  Fish served on the Portland City Council for eleven years and headed up the Portland Parks & Recreation Department and the Bureau of Environmental Services.
