City Council Approves New Contract With Homeless Camp Cleanup Company

(Portland, OR)  --  Work is resuming on homeless camp cleanups in Portland.  The Portland City Council voted yesterday to approve a new contract for the company Rapid Response, authorizing them to get back to work cleaning up homeless camps.  The 23-million-dollar contract is good for five years and includes funding for new training for crewmembers.
