(Coos Bay, OR)  --  A High Surf Warning is in effect tonight through tomorrow morning for the Southern Oregon Coast.  The National Weather Service says extremely large breaking waves will create very hazardous conditions along beaches.  The High Surf Warning is in effect from 10 o'clock tonight through 10 a.m. tomorrow.
