(Portland, OR) -- Two men are facing charges after allegedly getting caught with stolen guns during two separate traffic stops over the weekend. The Portland Police Bureau says officers pulled over 29-year-old Robert Thomas near Northeast Alberta Street and 32nd Place Saturday afternoon on a felony warrant and found a stolen handgun under his seat. Later that night, police pulled over 18-year-old Charlie Borbon near Southeast 92nd Avenue and Division Street and found a stolen handgun in his vehicle.
