(Portland, OR)  --  Officials are releasing details on this year's Portland Winter Light Festival.  The theme of this year's festival will be "Into the Dreamscape."  The event will include more than 100 artists and will feature live ice sculpture carving demonstrations and two silent disco events.  Other highlights will include a full STEM lecture series, pop-up installations and complimentary Portland Spirit river cruises.  The free event is scheduled for February 6th through 8th.
