(Corvallis, OR)  --  Oregon State University is banning vaping on campus.  KATU reports the college is expanding their smoking ban to include vaping as well as hookah tobacco and all forms of smokeless tobacco.  OSU banned cigarette-smoking on campus back in 2012.
