(Portland, OR) -- A right-wing activist associated with the group the Proud Boys is being banned from attending any mass demonstrations or protests while on probation. The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says Tusitala "Tiny" Toese has been sentenced to two years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to fourth-degree assault. The charge stemmed from an incident back in the summer of 2018. Toese will also be required to serve 80 hours of community service and pay his victim nearly two-thousand dollars in restitution.
