(Portland, OR)  --  Transportation crews are preparing for potentially icy conditions on the roads this morning.  The Oregon Department of Transportation tells KATU their crews are working 12-hour shifts to ensure the roads are safe.  Transportation officials are urging commuters to delay their morning travel if possible.
