(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Sentencing is scheduled for early next month for a Washington County man convicted on child sex abuse charges.  A jury found 23-year-old Sebastian Sylvester Meighan guilty Monday of two counts of first-degree rape, second-degree rape and four counts of first-degree sex abuse.  Investigators say he abused his victim for at least eight years, starting when the victim was a small child.
