(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect accused of smashing car windows in northeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says several residents woke up yesterday morning to find their car windows smashed in a neighborhood near Northeast 89th Avenue and Northeast Wygant Street.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
