(Sandy, OR)  -- Two teenagers and a 20-year-old man are facing charges after allegedly breaking into multiple vehicles and stealing guns and other items in Sandy.  The Sandy Police Department says officers arrested Elijah Jakob Keller Chambers of Gresham and the two unidentified juveniles this week for the break-ins on January 2nd.  All three suspects will be charged for first-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
