(Salem, OR)  --  A man is facing charges following an hours-long SWAT standoff at a home in southeast Salem.  Police responded to the home off Agate Drive Southeast early Saturday morning on reports of gunfire.  The alleged gunman refused to step out of the home, and police called in a SWAT team to assist.  Police eventually sent in a K-9 unit and found the suspect hiding in a crawl space under the home.  Police identify the suspect as 39-year-old Jeffrey Jeno Garza.
