(Portland, OR)  --  Police are identifying a motorcycle rider killed in a crash in northeast Portland as a 50-year-old Gresham man.  The Portland Police Bureau says the man was riding his motorcycle east on Sandy Boulevard near Northeast 65th Avenue when he crashed into a Honda CRV.  Witnesses tell police the motorcyclist was speeding and weaving in and out of oncoming traffic just before the crash.
