(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is charged with DUII after allegedly crashing into a 75-year-old woman, pinning her between her car and another one.  Police say the victim was removing some items from the trunk of her car Monday afternoon on Southeast Steel Street near 48th Avenue when Hayley Jean struck her.  The woman was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries.  Police believe Jean was high on drugs when she crashed into the woman.
