(Albany, OR)  --  The husband of a missing Albany woman is now charged with her murder.  The Albany Police Department says 42-year-old Craig Lazon was charged with the murder of 37-year-old Tiffany Lazon yesterday after investigators found bodily tissue and blood matching her DNA on a circular saw.  Police say Craig Lazon had borrowed the saw from a friend and returned it several days later.  Tiffany Lazon has been missing since Christmas Day and is now presumed dead.  Police say Craig Lazon was previously arrested in 2015 for allegedly attempting to murder Tiffany Lazon after beating and raping her and holding her hostage for nearly a week.  A judge dismissed the charges, saying Tiffany Lazon was not a credible witness.  This after Craig Lazon was convicted of assaulting her just two years prior.
