(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges in connection to the death of her estranged husband.  Police arrested 46-year-old Tracy Lynn Cloud yesterday in Hillsboro for the shooting death of 62-year-old Philip Louis Cloud last September.  Police say she shot him during an argument after he showed up at her home to collect some of his belongings.  Investigators initially determined Tracy had acted in self-defense.  She's now facing charges of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
