(Albany, OR) -- An Albany man charged with first-degree murder for the death of his wife is being held without bail. Forty-two-year-old Craig Lazon made his first court appearance yesterday in connection to the death of 37-year-old Tiffany Lazon, who has been missing since Christmas. Lazon did not enter a plea during the hearing. Police arrested Lazon Tuesday after investigators found bodily tissue and blood matching his wife's DNA on a circular saw. Police say Craig Lazon had borrowed the saw from a friend and returned it several days later.
