(Hillsboro, OR)  --  A woman is pleading not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon in connection to the death of her estranged husband.  KATU reports 46-year-old Tracy Lynn Cloud made her first court appearance yesterday after police arrested her Wednesday for the shooting death of 62-year-old Philip Louis Cloud last September.  Police say she shot him during an argument after he showed up at her home to collect some of his belongings.  Investigators initially determined Tracy had acted in self-defense.
