(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting in north Portland earlier this month.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested 28-year-old Steven Strobehn of Portland yesterday morning on charges of attempted murder.  Police say he opened fire on two people near North Macrum Avenue and Lombard Street in the early morning hours of January 7th.
