(Portland, OR) -- A 28-year-old man is facing multiple charges including DUII after allegedly running a red light and crashing into another vehicle, killing its driver. The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested Tyrell Dixon on charges of second-degree manslaughter, DUII and reckless driving for the crash Saturday morning in northeast Portland. Police say Dixon was driving west on Northeast Sandy Boulevard when he ran a red light at 105th Avenue and crashed into a northbound vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle died at the scene.
