(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland police officer is being cleared in the deadly shooting of a suspect last month.  A Multnomah County grand jury ruled yesterday that Officer Justin Raphael was justified when he shot and killed 51-year-old Koben Henriksen on December 8th.  The jury found Officer Raphael was acting in self-defense when he shot a knife-wielding Henriksen near the Starbucks at Southeast 103rd Avenue and Stark Street.
