(Oregon City, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a teenage boy killed in a crash near Oregon City.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says 16-year-old Charles Anthony Brennan died yesterday morning after crashing into a tree on a rural road just south of Oregon City.  Brennan was a student at Oregon City High School.  Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
