(Eugene, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect accused of stealing a wheelchair off the front porch of a Vietnam veteran in Eugene.  Police say the suspect swiped the wheelchair from the home of 76-year-old Frederick Lavern on Sunday.  Lavern has suffered multiple strokes and needs the wheelchair to get around.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
