(Portland, OR)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a missing man.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says 21-year-old Keaton Hohl is developmentally delayed and there is concern for his welfare.  He was last seen near Southeast 119th and Sunnyside Road wearing a red shirt with tan pants and a blue stocking hat.
