(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police in Clark County are seeking the public's help in their efforts to identify a man who was found dead in Vancouver earlier this week.  The Clark County Medical Examiner's office says the man was found dead early Tuesday morning near Northeast Covington Road and Fourth Plain Boulevard.  No foul play is suspected.  Police describe the victim as a white man in his late 60s standing about five-foot-two-inches and 110 pounds with brown eyes, balding grey hair.  He was found wearing a black and blue windbreaker over a green and blue plaid shirt with black pants.
