(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are safe after being rescued from their capsized kayak in the Clackamas River in the Mount Hood National Forest.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's office says the two kayakers became stranded near Austin Hot Springs yesterday afternoon.  Someone saw the kayakers waving for help and called 9-1-1.  A water rescue team rescued the pair and brought them back to dry ground.
